If you have a pressing issue that falls between these times, please send us an e-mail at Support@Televelocity.com .  E-mail support will be answered within one business day (24 hours).
Since your phone service relies on your broadband connection, you will need a good connection to the Internet for your phone service to work properly. The majority of connectivity issues will be due to your Internet connection.

If you have Internet connectivity through Vision One, please call us during our working hours of 10 AM - 6 PM Monday - Saturday at 81-(0)98-921-0002 or e-mail us at support@v1global.com.  Any others please call your local internet provider for connectivity assistance.
